Andy Lau on baby rumours: “Not yet”

Andy Lau took to his official website on Monday to elaborate on his response, made at the 35th Hong Kong Film Awards, regarding rumours about a second child.

The actor-singer who said that the “truth will be revealed” on his website, wrote: “I have always answered ‘No comment, thank you for your concern’, when responding to rumours, so I thought it would be best for me to clarify in writing – not yet!”

“I’m thankful, [but] not for the award,” he continued, “Private matters will have to be discussed in private! Understand?”

Andy also expressed his gratefulness for the well-wishes and concern from fans and said, “Should my dream come true one day, as an artiste, I will definitely share the good news. But what more do I want from this lifetime?”

Andy and his wife Carol Chu are said to be expecting a second child after Carol was spotted with an apparent baby bump last week.
