Elva Hsiao indirectly denies relationship with pro-golfer

Dating rumours between Elva Hsiao and 24-year-old professional golfer Michael Chen have been circulating since the pair was spotted holding hands in Bangkok. After their return to Taiwan, the pair has been spotted together on dates a number of times and they have even been rumoured to be cohabiting since November.

Earlier this week, they were spotted once again, this time at a high-end seafood restaurant in Yilan, Taiwan. Instead of dining in a private room, they, along with two other male friends, had their meal in the common dining area. The quartet looked to be in good spirits and took photos together after their meal.

In response to media queries on Elva’s relationship status, her management expressed: “She went out with her friends as she had some free time between her work schedules,” indirectly denying that she is currently in a relationship with Michael.

They also shared that she has finished picking songs for her upcoming album and is preparing to start recording soon. Elva is expected to release her album in the latter half of the year.
