Faye Wong celebrates her birthday with her daughters

This year has been relatively quiet for Chinese singer-actress Faye Wong, who had only a handful of public appearances, so it’s no wonder that a netizen’s post of the elusive 47-year-old relaxing with her two daughters went almost viral amongst fans when it was posted on Weibo

Faye had headed for Phuket, Thailand, to celebrate her birthday (August 8) with her daughters. In the picture, all three of them were dressed in casual printed outfits. The blue seas and lush greenery behind them also gave off the feel of a tropical getaway.

Faye tied the knot with Chinese musician Dou Wei in 1996 and gave birth to her eldest daughter, Chinese singer Leah Dou in 1997. After splitting from Dou Wei in 1999, she married Chinese actor Li Yapeng in 2005 and gave birth to her second daughter, Li Yan, in 2006.
