Fish Leong reminisces about her late father
Malaysian singer Fish Leong wrote an emotional post on her Facebook yesterday, where she expressed how much she misses her late father.The 39-year-old shared that she was only in high school when he passed on, and could not forget the day when she, her mother, and her younger brother had to witness his coffin being brought to their doorstep from the hospital.At that time, both siblings broke down in tears, while their mother nearly collapsed from her sadness. As her father had passed on before he turned 40, she often wondered if he managed to live “a fulfilling life”.She then shared a pact she made with her late father, and said that she wants to be “reborn as his daughter in the next life”, so that she can “grow old with him while discussing topics about life”.“I’ve lived half my life, and I’ve always wished you were here with me every step of the way.
