George Young & Janet Hsieh’s wedding video revealed

Singapore-based actor-host George Young and Taiwanese-American host Janet Hsieh tied the knot in Antarctica on Jan 27, their wedding video showing details of the heartwarming affair was recently exposed.

Held outdoors at sub-zero temperature, the wedding was attended by Janet’s close friends including Sodagreen’s lead singer Qing Feng and Taiwanese actress Janine Chang. On their big day, the couple posed for pictures at different locations while Janet’s mother took care of little details to make sure that her daughter looked the best.

During her speech, Janet admitted that George’s and her personalities are poles apart. They may have known each other for 10 years, but Janet was already attracted to George on their second meeting. “I thought he was gay when I first saw him,” she said while the crowd burst into laughter.

“We are so different. Thank you for being willing to travel to the edge of the world, the Antarctica, to complete the event of a lifetime with me. Finally, you are mine. I swear I will love you with everything I’ve got,” Janet concluded as George shed tears of joy.

According to George, Janet was so drunk during her 30th birthday party in 2010 that she exclaimed: “I want to be the father of your children!” Her words, despite her drunken stupor, gave the actor courage to confess his feelings for his to-be wife back then.

After the solemnisation ceremony, the guests put on “penguin hats” and partied on an icebreaker to celebrate the sweet and momentous union of the couple.
