International superstar Jackie Chan enters the US finance magazine Forbes’ Celebrity 100 list of The World’s Highest-Paid Superstars of 2015 for the first time as the only Chinese to make the list.

Jackie is the second highest-paid actor on the list and ranked 38th for earning an impressive US$50 million (approximately S$67 million) a year.

Despite his massive income, he previously revealed in an interview that he still tries to practice environmentally friendly measures like reusing his soap, “This bar of soap has been with me all over the world.”

He also encourages people to be environmentally friendly as well and personally picks up the trash when he is on shoots. He also reminds his staff to use the toilet a few times before flushing to save water.

Due to the fact that Jackie has acted in so many action films since his debut, New York Asian Film Festival’s co-founder Grady Hendrix labelled Jackie as an ambassador of China and called him China’s very own “Mickey Mouse”.

American boxer Floyd Mayweather ranked first on this year’s list for racking in US$300 million (approximately S$400 million).
