It seems like Hong Kong actress Jacqueline Wong just can’t seem to put her cheating scandal behind her. Although the media storm seems to have largely died down for the 30-year-old, her commercial partners are now honing in on her for compensation.

Jacqueline, who was billed as one of TVB’s most promising starlets, had an array of commercial endorsements and media appearances to her name.

She was also set to appear in a number of upcoming dramas that were scheduled to air within this year, both in Hong Kong and China. However, due to her cheating scandal, all her public appearances were curtailed, with her upcoming dramas shelved as well.

Most notably, the blockbuster drama Forensic Heroes IV will be reshot to cut out all scenes with Jacqueline. Costs are expected to total over HK$10 million (S$1.73 million).

Latest reports have also alleged that she will have to fork out up to NT$30 million (S$5.25 million) to compensate her various commercial partners, as well as the cast and crew of the dramas she had worked on.

As a result, the actress is said to be filing for bankruptcy to avoid paying out the large sum. The actress was last spotted at the airport in Los Angeles, where she is rumoured to have enrolled in acting classes.
