Jay Chou celebrates first wedding anniversary in Yilan
Jay Chou revealed his marriage registration date in a social media post yesterday
The couple’s efficiency sparked speculations that Hannah got pregnant before their marriage took place. As both Jay and Hannah refused to talk about their expected due date, many believed the rumours to be true.
However, the 36-year-old father to-be debunked these speculations when he posted a picture of him and Hannah celebrating their first wedding anniversary, on his official website, yesterday.
In his statement, Jay inadvertently revealed they had officially registered their marriage on July 5 last year, which is six months earlier than their wedding ceremony and photo shoot in England. “We finally have more free time lately. Besides coming to Yilan County (Taiwan) for vacation, it’s also a celebration of our wedding anniversary, since you (Hannah) cannot travel too far by plane,” he wrote.
Despite celebrating his wedding anniversary with a public love note to Hannah, Jay remains tight-lipped about his 21-year-old wife’s due date and their baby’s gender.
