Taiwanese singer-actor Jimmy Lin’s eldest son, 9-year-old Kimi Lin, was the apple of the public’s eye in 2013, after appearing on the popular variety-reality television show, Where Are We Going, Dad?. However, after leaving the show, Jimmy has refrained from posting pictures of Kimi on his Weibo, as he wanted his son to be able to lead a normal life, out of the limelight.

Jimmy also has two sons, fraternal twins Jenson and Kyson with his wife, Taiwanese model Kelly Chen.

Yesterday (September 19), the 43-year-old posted a few snaps of his family-of-five having fun at a playground, with Kimi present as well. In the pictures, the family can be seen taking turns to go down a set of slides, with Jimmy carrying Kimi and Jenson, and Kelly carrying Kyson in one photo. In the second photo, Jimmy can be seen carrying Jenson, while Kimi carries Kyson.

“Went to the park to play with the kids, the most enjoyable thing in life is to be able to have fun together as a family, playing on the slides,” Jimmy wrote in his caption.

Fans, who were overjoyed to be able to catch a glimpse of Kimi, marvelled at how quickly the nine-year-old had grown up during his absence from their television screens. A couple also commented on Kimi's height, adding that he looks to be catching up to Jimmy in terms of height.
