Jolin Tsai denies new tattoo is linked to her beau

Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai has been in a stable relationship with her boyfriend of seven years, New Zealand-born actor-model, Vivian Dawson.

Recently, the 35-year-old’s new tattoo on her right ear has been catching quite a bit of attention. An insider revealed that Jolin had gotten the tattoo of a red five-pointed star in June. The tattoo, which is smaller than an average person’s thumbnail is hard to detect if one does not look too closely.

The insider also alleged that Jolin has not gotten a new tattoo in almost 10 years, and that a five-pointed star signifies a wish for a blissful relationship. It was also reported that the red colour of Jolin’s tattoo adds on to its ‘power’, and that she hopes that the tattoo will be able to solidify her relationship with Vivian.

When asked to comment on the reports, Jolin’s manager would only say that she got the tattoo because she felt that it looked nice.
