A photo of Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai’s accidental exposure of her breast during a dance routine has been making its rounds on the internet since news of her breakup with 32 year-old actor Vivian Dawson broke.

The photo was dated to her 2013 performance in a mall at Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where she performed her song, ‘Journey’, which requires vigorous arm movements during the dance.

However, many netizens believe that the photo is fake and was edited on purpose before it was uploaded just to humiliate the singer. Fans that were present during the 2013 performance also did not remember seeing Jolin expose herself accidentally.

“It’s been three years, why release the photo only now? It’s obviously fake”, one fan wrote.

In regards to the matter, the 36 year-old’s manager responded, “There were so many people present that day, how is this possible? Please do not condone and encourage such ugly methods of using Photoshop, we reserve the rights to take legal action”.

He continued, “Jolin had protected herself well [with extra layers] that day, and even if she exposed herself accidentally, she would only expose the skin-coloured nu-bra [that she was wearing underneath]”.

It seems that the singer is not the only party that has received negative publicity since her six-year relationship ended, as ex-boyfriend Vivian is also bearing the brunt of their split.

The actor had said previously in an interview that he wished for his future wife’s finances to be shared with him, which prompted fans of Jolin to retaliate and name him a ‘gold digger’ as the singer is wealthier than him.

Although it was already confirmed that they broke up because of personality differences, there are rumours of the two breaking up after Jolin heard what Vivian said during the interview, and speculations that they split due to their conflicting views regarding marriage.

In light of the situation, the actor’s manager stepped out and clarified, “What Vivian meant during the interview was that he and his future wife would co-own properties that they purchase during marriage. He does not know how much money Jolin exactly has, and has never thought of obtaining it”.

Vivian’s manager continued to say that the actor felt “immense pressure from being the ‘Queen’s boyfriend”, and that he regrets offending anybody because of his poor standard of Mandarin.
