Jolin Tsai, Vivian Dawson’s break up saga continues

There are countless theories regarding Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai and ex-boyfriend Vivian Dawson’s split and the ex-lovers have been receiving a substantial amount of negative publicity from the media, from the singer’s fake nip-slip photo to Vivian being called a ‘gold-digger’.

To date, fans and the media have speculated several possible reasons that led to the end of their six-year relationship: Vivian’s requests for Jolin to share assets, take on his surname and always wear her wedding band after marriage; conflicting opinions on marriage; being apart physically due to work commitments; not seeing eye to eye about their future; and personality differences—the only reason attributed to their breakup, according to their managers.

However, according to an insider who claimed to be the 36 year-old singer’s close friend, the pair broke up due to Vivian’s immature personality and flirtatious ways. The model-turned actor was caught using a dating application last year and was spotted in the company of different women during his nightclub visits during their early dating days.

Said insider also shared that Jolin and Vivian broke up in July and added that the 32 year-old was seen picking up women in a club on Halloween (Oct 31) and admitted that he had “broken up [with Jolin] long time ago”.

Jolin’s manager declined to comment on these revelations while Vivian’s manager remained firm on his claim that the pair split in November and were still on good terms in August as they took a flight together.

Despite the increased attention on her personal life, life goes on for Jolin as she spends her time baking fondant cakes. She recently baked an intricate and elaborate cake for Wallace Huo’s birthday celebration at the request of her good friend Ruby Lin and her latest creation was a fondant cake modelled after her pet pooch, Whoo-hoo, which earned her praises from numerous fans as the cake looked almost exactly like Whoo-hoo.
