Kevin Cheng brought in for questioning by Macau police

Hong Kong actor Kevin Cheng was brought to the police station for questioning along with his film crew yesterday (Jan 12) while they were in the midst of filming upcoming action movie, Jiu Long Bu Bai, in Macau. The crew was told to stop filming because they did not get permission to film at the Policia Judiciaria (police headquarters).

It was said that the production crew had permission to shoot in the premises of the headquarters on January 11 and 13, but not on January 12, which explained why they were asked to leave. However, the crew did not comply, leading to the involvement of the police.

The actor’s girlfriend, fellow Hong Kong actress Grace Chan has since shared with the media that the 47 year-old actor informed her of the incident and she trusts that he will update her about the situation soon.

She said, “He told me not to worry about it, I believe he will take care of the matter”.
