Paparazzi claim to have more evidence of Hawick Lau’s cheating affair

In a case of he said, they said, Chinese media outlet Quan Ming Xing Tan has released their celebrity ‘stalking’ schedules to support their claims of Hawick Lau’s alleged extra-marital affair with his co-star Angel Lau.

The media outlet revealed that they were present during the three days when Hawick was photographed entering Angel’s room, and they stand by their word that no other crew members were seen entering or leaving Angel’s room during said time frame.

To add on, they also released information that Hawick lied about being at a film site with “poor reception”, which he explained was the reason for his delayed response to the cheating news when it first emerged, as he was actually filming a live show that day, making it impossible to have no reception on his phone.

Although Quan Ming Xing Tan have repeatedly claimed that they are telling the truth, they have yet to release the full set of photos of Hawick and Angel to support their claim.

This piece of news comes after Hawick’s personal studio declared that they would take legal action against media outlets engaged in false reporting of rumours.

Yang Mi has also stepped forward to defend her husband at a Cosmopolitan event last Thursday, after the rumours emerged, stating, “I know that everyone is very concerned about how I feel right now and I thank you for it. Regardless, I’ll always believe in Hawick.”

The Chinese actor was accused of cheating on his wife with his two-time co-star Angel Lau, on the set of period drama series, The Legend of Jade Sword, when he was photographed watching a midnight movie with Angel alone in matching grey outfits and entering the actress’ hotel room alone—and not leaving until four hours later—on another occasion.

Staff members of the production have leaped to Hawick’s defence, explaining that it is all a misunderstanding and the two actors were merely going through their scripts in Angel’s room with other crew members.

Hawick and Yang Mi married in 2014 and have a daughter together. This is not the couple’s first time embroiled in rumours of a failed marriage as they are rarely seen together.
