Peter Ho dodges questions on marriage

Taiwanese-American actor and singer Peter Ho, who once announced he would marry by age 40, expertly avoided answering questions on his wedding plans while out celebrating his 40th birthday. “I’m still 40 this year,” he said.

Peter’s birthday was on Sunday and he celebrated it with a party held the day before for friends and family, but his girlfriend of eight years, Peggy, was not present.

Later on Sunday night, he was seen driving out to a basketball court near Taipei Expo Park, where he met buddies including actor Dylan Kuo for a game. Peggy, wearing a dark dress, was spotted cheering them on from the court side.

When asked about his relationship with Peggy, Peter said, “We’re very, very, very good friends,” and asked the reporters to select more flattering shots of him for publication.
