As one of the most sought after and highest-paid Chinese actress, Shu Qi also has a food business called ‘KiKi Noodles’ which she co-owns with Taiwanese celebs Lan Hsin-mei and Matilda Tao. She’s no doubt raking in the dough even though

she has been on a work break since last year and has yet to take on any new acting projects.

According to Hong Kong reports, the Taiwan-born actress recently purchased a luxurious apartment in the Mid-Levels for HK$127 million (approximately S$22 million).

The four-bedroom apartment is said to be situated on the 27 or 28 floor and offers an ocean view. Each apartment is given private lift access and comes with a sauna and steam bath.

Shu Qi acquired the duplex under the name of Lin Li-hui, which is her legal name, in June. The property agency in charge of the apartment has confirmed that the 42-year-old is the buyer of the flat.

This is not the first property under her name, Shu Qi also owns other properties in Hong Kong, Taipei and Bangkok.

Her Taipei residence, which cost her an estimated S$2.04 million, is located in the city and occupied by her family members. She also splashed out S$12 million on a villa The Beverly Hills Hong Kong and purchased a S$2.72 million property in Bangkok in 2012 and acquired a luxurious bungalow in Neihu, Taipei in 2013.
