Vic Chou to become a father

It seems that Ken Chu’s wrong – it’s not Jerry Yan who has had children, but Vic Chou. Nearly five months after Vic Chou and Reen Yu registered their marriage, the pair are reported to be expecting.

On March 29, the couple were spotted at a postpartum care centre in Taiwan. They enquired about the centre’s facilities and services, and seemed to be planning in advance for the birth of their child.

When Hannah Quinlivan gave birth to Hathaway last year, she was said to have stayed in the same postpartum care centre which is is known for their good meals and tight security, making it a top choice for many celebrities after they give birth.

Vic’s manager confirmed that Reen is currently three months pregnant and shared that the actor is “very happy and anticipating the arrival of the child.”

“As he’s a first-time father, he has much to learn, thus, he purchased a number of books to research and learn more. He also thanks everyone for their well wishes,” said Vic’s manager.

However, when the topic of Reen being more than three months pregnant was raised, the manager would only say that “when the time comes”, Vic will be able to be with his wife and newborn child without any worries. The manager also declined to comment on Reen’s expected due date.

Vic and Reen registered their marriage in November last year after four years together. The couple shared that they have plans to have a baby when asked if they are going to start a family of their own.
