Vivian Dawson won’t rule out a possible reconciliation with Jolin Tsai

Last December, Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai and Vivian Dawson announced that they had parted ways after six years together.

Recently, it was reported that Vivian is currently dating BY2’s Miko, with the pair being photographed chatting together in a convenience store. However, when the 32-year-old was questioned about it at an event yesterday, the model answered that they are “just friends”.

Vivian had gotten to know Miko in February this year while they were both attending classes in Los Angeles, and Miko happened to be in Taiwan these few days as she was promoting her new album.

“We just happened to meet in Taiwan, so we went to a convenience store to chat. [I] think we were sharing pictures [when we were photographed together],” Vivian explained.

When asked about his relationship status, Vivian said, “I’m currently single now, don’t you know that I’ve just broken up? I’m happy right now, and I don’t have any special plans to get into a relationship.”

The model also shared that he still keeps in contact with Jolin and that their relationship is “very good”.

“After such a long time, it doesn’t matter whether we’re together or not, we’ll always feel like family [to each other],” he shared. Vivian also did not rule out the possibility of getting back together with Jolin, commenting that he “doesn’t know the future” and that “[we’ll] have to see if we’re fated.”
