Taiwanese singer-actress Vivian Hsu, who is currently three-months pregnant, has been instructed by the doctor to stay in bed for at least a week, after she had to be put on drip last week due to stomach flu.

On Monday, Vivian posted a picture of her swollen fingers from playing the guitar for her unborn baby. “Today is the first time that I am playing the lovely “Bao Bei” for our Lee-V baby. I seldom play the guitar. It hurts. So embarrassing! I played messily, but luckily our baby doesn’t understand yet!” she said.

In addition, the mum-to-be emphasised that she did not press the guitar against the tummy as she had propped her legs to support it.

Two days later, Vivian uploaded another photo on Facebook which shows the poster of Korean drama You Who Came from the Stars. She wrote: “I’m about to start on this! I hardly had time in the past 25 years to watch a series continuously. You know, once you start, you can’t stop! Is this [drama] suitable for those stuck in bed?”

In response, netizens recommended her to watch another Korean series The Heirs. Vivian replied to the comment, saying, “Is this show relaxing? Is it very nerve-wrecking or heartbreaking? I can’t watch anything that makes me cry now.”
