Wang Xiaofei stands up for Barbie Hsu’s clingy behaviour

Barbie had just terminated her third pregnancy when they filmed the first episode of this show. “ Her body was still weak and she had to make me rice balls, sushi and even accompany me on an outdoor trip,” he added.

After viewing the episode, the businessman shared that he now has a “better understanding” of how he interacts with his wife too.

“The programme has allowed us to walk out of our grief quickly as we spent time alone with each other and cherished every moment of it. It’s not easy to be a woman,” he said. “But it’s even tougher to be a mother – what more the wife of a typical Beijing man.”

Barbie and Xiaofei were revealed to be expecting a third child earlier this year, however Barbie had to terminate her ten-week-old pregnancy as the child was found to be facing developmental problems during a checkup.
