The actor threw his wife a surprise birthday party this week
It would certainly take a lot to outdo model husband Huang Xiaoming. Not only did he plan and prepare a surprise birthday party for his wife, Angelababy, and her close friends, he also gave her a rather unique gift.
The actor set up a charity foundation for needy children in his wife’s name back in 2015 when they tied the knot, and sponsored a total of 527 children to commemorate the date they got married -- May 27 (which is 527 in digits).
He then increased the number of sponsorships by a 100 after the actress’ birthday so he could give back to the society by helping others and give his wife a meaningful birthday present at the same time. In addition he also donated RMB1 million (approximately S$200,000) to needy schools.
The 39 year-old actor has been married to Angelababy for almost two years and they recently welcomed the third member of the family, a son, nicknamed ‘Little Sponge’ in January.
