Yoga Lin reveals story behind Facebook proposal

After a successful proposal two days ago (Nov 29), Taiwanese singer Yoga Lin has shared the story behind his high-profile Facebook proposal.

He shared through his managing company that he proposed to his girlfriend of two years, Kiki Ting, in the comfort of their home with two of their close friends as witnesses, who also recorded the entire proposal. The 29-year-old had also specially ordered a customised ring designed by a Japanese designer.

However, he will not be sharing the proposal video as he believes that “we have already received a lot of blessings, so this memory should be cherished by just the both of us”.

In response to the concern from his fans, the singer has clarified that Kiki is not pregnant, and that “I have been preparing for this and it is now the right time”.

After saying yes to the ring, the bride-to-be wrote a post on her Facebook, “So this is what being proposed to feels like, even all my loved ones feel happy for me”.

The couple has since disclosed that the wedding ceremony will most likely be held next year.
