Aaron Kwok Praised Li Gong’s Acting Talent

(Hong Kong January 25, 2016) Aaron Kwok, Him Law and director Soi Cheang attended the promotion for their new movie "The Monkey King 2" today. Playing the Monkey King, Aaron had some fighting scenes with the White Skeleton Demon Li Gong. He praised her for her modesty and revealed that she had no complaint about being suspended on wire 3- to 4-floor above the ground, though it was her first time. He said it was hard to play the Monkey King especially when wearing a special costume and he felt as if his skin was covered with thousands of needles. He admitted that it was the most difficult movie he had filmed in his career. Him played the Monk Sha and was dressed like a blue warrior. He said his part was important and he had a different feeling for it and so he believed the audience would also think it interesting. Director Soi said all cast members worked hard but it was a movie emphasizing on the relationship among the master and his disciples as well as the inner world of the Monkey King.
