Him Law hopes to have twins with Tavia Yeung this year

If things go according to plan, we could have another celebrity baby (or two!) to coo over.

Yesterday (Jul 2), actor Him Law visited a school for visually impaired students in Hong Kong with actress Gigi Leung as part of the promotional activities for their film Little Q. The 34-year-old revealed that, after spending the last few years focusing on his career in China, he is finally set to take on a new TVB drama in Hong Kong in August.

This means that he will get to spend more time with his wife, actress Tavia Yeung, who took a break from acting after marriage. The couple tied the knot three years ago and have been actively trying for children, although there has yet to be any good news. Him shared that both he and Tavia will be reducing their workloads and ramping up their efforts to start a family.

“It would be great if my wife could get pregnant this year,” he said. While he doesn’t have a preference for the baby’s gender, he hopes to have twins, as his own mother is a twin. “If I’m able to pass this ‘twin gene’ to my own children, then I would feel very powerful! (Laughs)”
