Peter Ho ties the knot with girlfriend of 9 years

After dating for 9 years, Peter Ho and his girlfriend Peggy got married yesterday night with a grand, 53-table dinner.
The groom and his wedding entourage, who had to wake up early in the morning to travel to Peggy’s house, was subjected to a number of gate-crashing rituals as well.
The band of brothers had to choke down mustard-filled cream puffs, fresh red chilli toast and more. Peter also had to beatbox and sing out a pre-assigned song, which he nearly failed.
The duo’s love for each other was apparent during the interview, where they smiled sweetly throughout. When the media took the pictures of Peggy, Peter pretended to leave and teased the media by saying, "I know you are bored of me."
After the ceremony, Peggy’s first words to Peter was, “Finally, we can do everything openly,” as the couple had dated secretly for nine years prior to registering their marriage in March this year. The bride also visibly teared up multiple times during the ceremony, as her emotions overwhelmed her.
Their star-studded shindig was said to cost NT$10 million (approximately S$430 000), with celebrity guests Betty Sun, Vivian Hsu, Jam Hsiao, celebrity couple Alyssa Chia and Xiu Jiekai, Tammy Chen and her fiancé Xue Boren and more in attendance.
Betty, who flew in from Shanghai, China, said, "I worked with Peter during my first play, Jade Goddess of Mercy, so I’m attending on behalf of my family to wish him all the best." She shared that she did not know what to tell him about marriage, saying, "I should learn from him instead. He’s good at enhancing the atmosphere."
Peter’s basketball buddy, singer Jam specially flew in from Xiamen, China, to sing at Peter and Peggy’s wedding as well.
