Annie Wu throws 100th day bash for daughter

The Taiwanese actress is married to the son of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference’s vice chairman

Taiwanese actress Annie Wu celebrated her daughter’s 100th day since her birth with a Minnie Mouse-themed party.

The 36-year-old married into Chinese aristocracy in 2012 when she tied the knot with Aaron Liao, the son of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference’s vice chairman. Since then, she has stepped out of the limelight and has focused her attentions on being a good wife and now mother.

She held the 100-day bash on Dec 28, transforming the venue with lavish pink decorations. The party favours, including pastries such as the birthday cake and cupcakes also adhered with the all-pink affair, with Minnie Mouse’s signature bow peppering them.

Pictures of the mother-daughter pair in pink ensembles drew praise from netizens, with Annie revealing that the party was “designed and planned by my husband – we wanted little Mia to meet our loved ones in this Minnie-themed luncheon.”
