Faye Wong has been dominating headlines together with beau Nicholas Tse when the two reunited earlier this year after going their separate ways over a decade ago.
Rumours ran rampant that the two are planning a trip down the aisle, with some going as far as saying that they will wed in good friend Vicki Zhao’s French winery – all of which have been shot down unceremoniously by the parties involved.
The couple, however, was spotted holding hands in public for the first time in 14 years. Faye was spotted by eagle-eyed citizens – this time on a pilgrimage to India. Seen in the holy land of Bodh Gaya, the religious site is considered the holiest place in the world for the followers of the Buddhist faith.
In the photo, Faye donned a mask and was quick to spot the camera, surprising netizens with her alertness to her surroundings. Some of her fans blasted the source of the photo, musing that “nobody likes to be watched at all times”.
It is said that her motive for her pilgrimage was to pray for a son, but these sayings have been neither verified nor denied as Faye has maintained her silence over the matter.
