There seems to be no limit on how much new dad Jay Chou would spend on his baby: After his wife, Hannah Quinlivan, posted a photo of the infant on Weibo, sharp netizens noticed the pram used by “Baby Chou” belongs to the storied British nursery brand Silver Cross, Taiwan media reports.

Products by Silver Cross, a brand founded in 1877, are favoured by royalty and celebrities, with a pram retailing online for up to 30,000 yuan (approximately S$6,600).

Reportedly Charles, Prince of Wales, was transported in Silver Cross prams when he was young, and celebrity mothers including Victoria Beckham and Elizabeth Hurley also insist on the brand’s products.

Hannah also appears to be struggling to adjust to motherhood, seeking advice from fans online after suffering days of poor sleep due to frequent breastfeeding. “Help me, when will Baby Chou start sleeping for longer stretches?” she posted on Weibo. “Mothers who breastfeed are tough! I haven’t been sleeping properly, I’m lacking sleep every day.”
