JJ Lin’s second apartment in Taipei is worth S$4.23m

The Singaporean singer completed most of his latest album in his new home

Local singer JJ Lin has been busy promoting his latest album Genesis in Taiwan recently. On a radio programme, the 33-year-old revealed that he moved into his new apartment six months ago and that most of the recording for the album was completed in his studio at home.

According to media reports, JJ’s new home, which is said to be worth NT$100 million (approximately S$4.23 million), is located at the luxurious district in Neihu, Taipei. The singer’s first apartment situated in the Daan neighbourhood costs over NT$63 million (S$2.66 million). In total, JJ’s real estate asset in Taiwan is reportedly worth NT$163 million (S$6.79 million).

Despite his successful career, JJ has failed to produce results in the love department. Although he has previously confessed his admiration for S.H.E member Hebe Tien, the latter allegedly does not have the same feelings for him.

At the press conference for his new album last week, JJ disclosed his plans to further his studies in film production overseas after wrapping up his concert tour next year. In the singer’s words, returning to school is a wish that he dreamed of fulfilling for many years.
