Sire Ma begins filming new movie

The Hong Kong actress has returned to Hong Kong to film a new movie

Keeping matters low-profile after her compromising photos and videos were leaked in July, Hong Kong actress Sire Ma has reportedly returned to Hong Kong to shoot new movie Eight and a Half by Hong Kong director Ann Hui.

The TVB actress, who admitted to filming racy videos of herself in skimpy outfits, was depressed and “wanted to end her life” when the clips were exposed.

Sire, who had left for England for acting classes in August, was spotted filming on Monday in a blue cheongsam, seemingly playing the role of a young student. The starlet also posed for photos with onlookers when they requested.

The 27-year-old was said to have filmed one scene that evening and she went home at 11 pm by bus chartered by the production firm.

Eight and a Half is a movie consisting of eight stories, each helmed by a different director. Apart from Ann Hui, the other seven directors are Johnnie To, Ringo Lam, Tsui Hark, John Woo, Sammo Hung, Yuen Woo-ping and Patrick Tam.
