B.A.P reportedly suing label for “slave contracts”

The six-member boy group is said to be taking legal action against their label, TS Entertainment

South Korean boy band B.A.P is said to have jointly filed a lawsuit against their label, TS Entertainment to nullify their contract. The six members are said to have gone to the Seoul Western District Court yesterday (Nov 26).

The group signed an exclusive contract with their company in March 2011 but has reportedly taken action against what they claim is a “slave contract” which caused them to be subjected to unfair demands and violations of privacy.

In addition, the group is said to have received payments that are deemed to be unfavourable when compared to their workload and schedules.

TS Entertainment has declared that they will make an official announcement on their position soon.

B.A.P's last visit to Singapore was on September 11 for MTV Sessions.
