Lee Min Ho Moves Fans with Sweet Fan Service
Lee Min Ho touched the hearts of fans with his warm fan service.
Lee Min Ho, the global model of Samsonite Red, met with fans at the COEX Live Plaza in Seoul′s Samseong-dong on August 31. Fans crowded the event, confirming Lee Min Ho′s explosive popularity. Lee Min Ho showed his considerate and attentive side by holding the fans′ hands and patting their heads for taking time out to see him, turning the fan signing into a fan meeting.
As if making eye contact with each fan as a sign of thanks and signing autographs wasn′t enough, he readily agreed to fans′ requests to take a photo with him, touching the hearts of fans with his fan service.
The fan signing was the final highlight event of the My Red Gallery youth photo exhibition, which Samsonite Red held over three days beginning on August 29 to cheer on and communicate with today′s youth.
Lee Min Ho, who has built a global fandom in China and Asia at large and whose sophisticated and modern image is highly valued, has been active as the brand′s global model since January. Since Lee Min Ho was chosen as the model, Samsonite Red has built a reputation as a sensible brand among the youth, even recording a record 40 percent increase in sales compared to last spring.
Lee Min Ho was also selected as the model for Filipino global fashion brand BENCH/ for the fourth year in a row and is being hailed the ′Sold Out Icon′ among domestic and global advertisers.
Lee Min Ho began shooting blockbuster Bounty Hunters on September 2. The film is an action comedy about bounty hunters, set in Korea, China, Malaysia and Thailand, and also stars China′s Tang Van.
