S.M Entertainment has filed another lawsuit against Luhan, this time in a Hong Kong court. This follows shortly after the entertainment label filed lawsuits against Luhan and Wu Yi Fan (Kris) in a Shanghai court last week.

They emphasised that they hold the exclusive rights to the artistes under the contracts that they hold with Luhan and Wu Yi Fan. While the two have filed their respective lawsuits against the label in Seoul, a final judgment has yet to be made and the case is currently in the midst of court-referred mediation.

Luhan is reported to have a guest role in upcoming comedy film 12 Golden Ducks alongside stars such as Sandra Ng, Louis Koo and Nicholas Tse, in which he also bares his upper body for the cameras.

S.M maintained that all commercial activities, endorsements and appearances that do not go through the label are a breach of contract and infringement of S.M and EXO’s rights and profits. They added that they have also taken legal action against the movie’s production house for their invitation of Luhan for their film.

They ended their statement, declaring that legal action will be taken against all companies and individuals that have included either of the two for any activities in China, Hong Kong and beyond.
