Baby strapped to wheel
Video footage has emerged of a baby being strapped to a steering wheel.
The one-month-old child is attached to the wheel by a motorist in Taiwan, who only decides to free the baby when she begins to cry.
Reflecting on the footage, Wang Wei-Jun, the director of the Taiwanese Committee for the Improvement of Children's Rights, said: "What the video shows does not seem as if it is intentional abuse of the child, although I think it's fair to say that the parents are a bad example for others and that the activity is certainly dangerous."
The clip was uploaded by the baby's parents and has gone viral in Taiwan.
