LeAnn Rimes' ex-husband claims he isn't writing a tell-all about their marriage.
Dean Sheremet, who divorced the 'Can't Fight The Moonlight' hitmaker in 2010 after seven years of marriage when she cheated on him with her now-husband Eddie Cibrian, insists he's not planning to trash the singer in his upcoming book, but might share some "anecdotal personal stories."
The 32-year-old food blogger said: "I'm working on a book that is an inspirational cookbook about how I regained myself by disappearing from the Hollywood craziness and establishing my own roots through hard work and a lifelong passion for healthy eating."
Dean, who is now married to photographer Sarah Silver, will also include some inspirational advice to go along with some of his recipes.
He told UsMagazine.com: "It's a story that anyone who has had their a** kicked by life at some point can relate to."
A source told InTouch magazine that Dean had "received multiple big-money offers from publishers" to share his story and his ex-wife was worried because he never signed a non-disclosure agreement after their split.
The chef previously admitted he was blindsided by LeAnn's affair with Eddie in 2009 and they "don't really talk" anymore.
During an interview in 2013, he said: "The affair was, I mean, of all the things that I could have ever imagined would have happened, I never would have thought.
"We don't really talk. I have no animosity toward her. I have nothing but love for her, and I really wish her the best. But we don't really talk that much. There's not really a need to."
