Scott Disick has splashed out more than $250,000 improving his Beverly Hills pad.

The 31-year-old reality star - who splashed out nearly $3.7 million on the mansion in December - has reportedly forked out $230,000 to expand the home's second story as well refurbishing the kitchen and one of the bathrooms.

According to permits obtained by RadarOnline, Scott - who has three children, Mason, five, Penelope, two, and two-month-old Reign, with partner Kourtney Kardashian - has also spent $20,000 on the swimming pool, adding a new spa.

The star's five-bedroom house is having new doors and windows fitted and for an extra $5,000 the hunk is gutting his kitchen fireplace.

Scott knows all about splashing out on home improvements as he and Kourtney recently spent $100,000 getting their Los Angeles home refurbished.

The couple - who have been dating since 2006 but have never married - added an outdoor kitchen complete with dishwasher, sink and ice maker to the grounds of their luxury abode.

What's more, they also got a firepit and barbeque for their money at the six-bedroom abode, which was previously owned by former American footballer Keyshawn Johnson who splashed out $1.5 million on a detached garage.

Scott is said to be planning to sell his Beverly Hills house when he has finished refurbishing the property.
