Stella Maxwell is launching her own charity.
The Victoria's Secret model is currently in the early stages at setting up a foundation which she wants to fund advances in medical research.
She said: "I'm working towards setting up my own charity, so I'm trying to build up some initial investment.
"It's just at the discussion stage, but it will help towards medical research."
The 24-year-old beauty is incredibly happy with her life and hates being around negativity.
She said: "I'm a very positive person and I like being around positive people.
"So many good things are happening for me at the moment - like becoming a Victoria's Secret Angel - that I don't have time for anything negative."
And Stella - who was recently romantically linked to Miley Cyrus - "doesn't believe" in regretting anything she does.
She said: "I don't believe in regrets. Although one time I rode the Space Mountain ride at Disney three times in a row. That made me nauseous."
Despite her modelling success, Stella insists she never had any desire to take to the catwalk but loves her career.
She told Britain's Grazia magazine: "Everything happens for a reason. I didn't plan on becoming a model, it just sort of came into my life. Now I love what I do."
