Apink′s Park Cho Rong revealed her secret to staying fit.

Park Cho Rong is featured in the December issue of Sure magazine.When asked about her secret to maintaining a flawless body, Park Cho Rong revealed that her muscles are the result of learning hapkido from a young age and pilates. When asked how she maintains a lean lower body, Park Cho Rong said that since she started pilates, the thick muscles in her lower body have smoothed out and that she takes a bath using aroma oils for 15 minutes every day.

Park Cho Rong also said that she mixes Greek yogurt with blueberries, almonds and granola for breakfast, and if she has a comeback or important shoot coming up, she′ll drink a detox juice to get rid of the toxins in her body.Meanwhile, Park Cho Rong showed off her athleticism on variety show Our Neighborhood′s Masters of Variety and Sports.
