Black Eyed Pilseung to Join ′Idol School′ as Main Producers

Following news that Super Junior′s Kim Heechul was joining Mnet′s Idol School as the homeroom teacher, it has also been announced that Black Eyed Pilseung will appear as the main producers.

Black Eyed Pilseung is known to have successfully written and composed tracks for girl group Twice since their debut. They have worked on Twice′s OOH-AHH, Cheer Up and TT and have also worked with Troublemaker, BEAST, SISTAR and more top k-pop artists.Black Eyed Pilseung will be the main producers for Idol School and will work with the program from the beginning until the students′ debut. Their first project with Idol School will be revealed through the program′s official Facebook on May 27 at 5PM KST.

On May 27, Kim Heechul will host the first session of class through Idol School′s official Facebook and Black Eyed Pilseung will be in attendance along with Jang Jin Young and Park Joon Hee, who are the music and dance teachers, respectively.

Music teacher Jang Jin Young is currently a vocal trainer with SM Entertainment and has worked with top artists SHINee, EXO, Red Velvet and more. Additionally, dance teacher Park Joon Hee is known for her powerful girl group dance moves. She is gaining the attention of many girl groups and has choreographed for girl group GFriend′s Rough, Me Gustas Tu and Glass Bead in the past.

Meanwhile, students attending Mnet′s Idol School will train for 11 weeks and upon graduation, the top students of the class will debut through a girl group.
