′Idol School′ Students Greeted by Fans Around Seoul Before Official Broadcast

Idol School students have been showing their popularity since before the broadcast began. Thousands of fans were seen gathering in Hongdae and Shinchon to meet the students.The students also traveled to Namsan and wrote wishes on locks. They wrote, "I want to go to 2017 MAMA," Let′s succeed!," "Let′s debut," and also wrote about their goals and family′s happiness.

In the Mnet Idol School tour video, which was shot one day before the first broadcast, the students walked around Hongdae and Shinchon and held their admission ceremony in Namsam. Although news of the students schedule was shared through their official SNS channel just earlier in the day, many fans showed up to greet the 40 students.

It was especially a shock as just a few short videos and photos were shared of the students before their official appearance in Idol School.

Meanwhile, during this week′s broadcast, the students′ first stage will be revealed. Tune in on July 27 at 9:30PM KST. Mnet′s girl group reality program Idol School airs every Thursday evening at 9:30PM KST through Mnet and tvN.
