Fans of K-Pop, here’s some good news for you: Music Bank’s World Tour has been confirmed to be held in Singapore on August 4 at the Suntec Convention Centre. The episode which features the gig in Singapore is slated to be broadcast on KBS at the end of August.

While the full lineup has yet to be revealed, fans can expect to see a stellar lineup of performers at the star-studded event. The first wave of confirmed performers, which includes SHINee, CNBLUE, BTS, Mamamoo and Red Velvet, will also be joined by actor Park Bo Gum, who will be reprising his emcee role together with his then-partner, Red Velvet’s Irene.

This is the first time that Music Bank will take place in Singapore since the weekly music programme ventured overseas in 2011, with its first stop held in Tokyo, Japan. Since then, the tour has traveled to places such as Paris, Hong Kong, Istanbul and Hanoi and has featured some of the hottest K-Pop acts, such as the Wonder Girls, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, EXO and INFINITE.

Music Bank World Tour is also slated to take place in Jakarta later in the year, which will mark the show’s return to Indonesia after four years.

Tickets are priced at S$288, S$268, S$248, S$228, S$188, S$148 (excluding booking fees) and will go on sale on Asia Box Office from May 23, 10am.
