Heads up, ELF (Super Junior’s fans). The Hallyu icons will be confirming their comeback date sometime this week, with many insiders suggesting a July return.

They previously confirmed that their comeback will be held after Girls’ Generation’s but further details have been kept hush-hush till now. While earlier reports suggested that this release would be their eighth album, others have mentioned that a full studio album might be released at a later date, with this release being a single or mini album instead.

With Korean media outlets suggesting that their comeback will take place in the third week of July, their label S.M. Entertainment stepped out to debunk these rumours, clarifying that the details have yet to be finalised.

It has been almost a year since the release of MAMACITA last August and the group has been spending their time on their concert tour and on subunit activities, in particular for D&E (Donghae and Eunhyuk), K.R.Y (Kyuhyun, Ryeowook and Yesung) and M&D (Heechul and TRAX’s Jungmo).

Meanwhile, Super Junior will be wrapping up their Super Show 6 World Tour with a two day encore in Seoul this weekend. It will also be the first time Yesung will join the group after being discharged from his military duties.
