A Super Show of firsts and lasts
The Hallyu boy group ended their sixth concert tour with a bang in Indonesia

Another day, another Super Show. 48 hours after the Hallyu boy group thrilled us on our sunny shores, we wondered if watching them perform again would be as good as we remembered.
Turns out our worries were unfounded as they used their trademark charm to ensure that we were engaged in the show from start to finish. While some speculated that Super Junior would hold a Seoul encore concert following leader Leeteuk expressing his wish for that to happen, the members’ repeated declarations of “See you at Super Show 7!” had us thinking that it might not happen after all.
With the conclusion of yet another successful Super Show tour, we take a look at the first and lasts the boys went through on this emotional night.

The last we’ll (likely) see of their Frozen getups
Their wacky getups are one of the things we look forward to most whenever they start a new tour (their oversized veggie suits are still hold a special place in our hearts). While they love coming up with new ideas every time, it seems that the outfits never see the light of day once they call it a wrap on their respective tours.
This time, Frozen fever hit Super Show 6 hard as the boys took on the challenge of being crowned the best princess uh, interpretation, of the much-loved character Elsa.
Heechul being Heechul, however, has gone over and above their segment numerous times, often appearing as his favourite Anna or donning other female outfits, such as a cheongsam in Nanjing.
Heechul’s first time in Jakarta
Speaking of Heechul, the milky-skinned member expressed his excitement about his first time in Jakarta, and shared a hilarious incident that happened post-concert.
“I should cut my hair. When I asked where the restroom was at the airport, I got directed to the female restroom. I was surprised when I saw women inside but they thought I was being weird. I planned to leave to go to the male restroom so I kindly told them smilingly ‘No no, here man.’ In the end, I said ‘I’m man’ and kept saying ‘Sorry’ and apologised. In conclusion, Heenim’s (one of Heechul’s well-used nicknames) good looks are recognised regardless of which country he’s in. I shouldn’t cut (my hair).”

The last tour for members enlisting soon
In the hot seat are Donghae and Eunhyuk, who will likely have to enlist by the end of the year and serve their mandatory military duties. Leeteuk’s Instagram post reminded fans of the bittersweet feelings of sending members off to the army.
“Will you wait? Yesung is coming (back) now and unfortunately there will be members that have to go but please wait because it really starts now”, read his update.
With Sungmin and Shindong having enlisted recently, it remains to be seen if the members will continue making Super Show tours with so many missing – but the group’s promise to be together forever has us hoping that they will make good on their promise to present Super Show 7 to us when the time is right.
