UPDATE: We bring grim tidings to fans of Qi Yu Wu and Shane Pow - as of this afternoon (April 21) at 2pm, both contenders have been excluded from the Top 10 Most Popular Male Artistes rankings. If Yu Wu does not find his way back into the final line-up by this Sunday, he will not be inducted into the All-Time Favourite Artistes hall of fame next year, an honour that is reserved for those who have accumulated 10 Most Popular wins. As for Shane, his wish to make his first nomination his first win will unfortunately not come to pass if his supporters don't buck up as well.

The musical chairs game that is the weekly Star Awards 2015 Top 20 Most Popular Artistes rankings is getting more and more intense as judgement day draws nearer.

With the days mercilessly ticking down until the final results are announced at this Sunday’s (April 26) Show 2, supporters of Xu Bin and Felicia Chin understandably got a wake-up call when their idols dropped out of the line-up last week. Shifting into full vote-until-your-fingers-fall-off mode, both fan bases’ efforts have proven to be triumphant as the Duke and former Princess are now happily back in the running.

Not so lucky is mama-to-be Joanne Peh, who enjoyed a smooth ride week after week up until yesterday (April 20) at 2pm, when her name was nowhere to be found in the most recent results. Does this mean she will miss out on picking up her ninth trophy on stage this weekend? Well, not if her voters do something about it.

As there is a tie in the Top 10 Most Popular Male Artistes rankings, there are currently a total of 12 names in the list. Don’t forget to keep both your online and telepoll ballots coming in to ensure that your favourites won’t walk home empty-handed on Sunday!
