Insta-buzz: The best this week (Mar 12-18)

Zoe posted a rare family photo on March 15 with an emotional quote, “It seems plain but these feelings affected my entire life. You remained calm during the crazy times I had in (my) younger days. I was so busy at work, leaving the home early and coming back late but you were always worried about me. In the middle of the night, you would open the door to check if I was back home yet, sending me reminders to come home to eat.”

“You most often said to me that I have to be determined when I’m doing things and see things to the end. You’ve never patted my shoulder to ask me if I was having a hard time. Please give me a little more time for me to stay with you and bring you around to enjoy life. Give me a little more time.”

Her father passed away in 1998 and is survived by his wife. Regardless of what it is that sparked this post, we hope everything is fine at home, Ah Jie!

Um, guys, you do realise that while the three of you are living it up in Mauritius, that the rest of us are back here in Singapore, right?

Travel-envy aside, the Noontalk gang seem to be hamming it up for the cameras at every chance they get, and those blue skies and picture perfect beaches are definitely something to be worth taking all the photos of.

Speaking of wanderlust, cast members from The Dream Job have headed down under to film in Perth. While their social media updates have not mentioned any of the possible scenes that they’re filming, the locations we’ve seen (just look at those blue skies!) have us thinking that the final product will be all sorts of pretty.

The inaugural Celebrity Sports Day was in full swing last weekend and the stars had made sure to update their social media pages with a flurry of pictures from the event itself. Regardless of the outcome, we loved how the stars had a ball of a time and had big smiles leaving the event.

Production for upcoming Toggle Original I Want To Be A Star is in full swing with Ya Hui dolling up in this princess outfit and attempting a period jump shot. Regardless of whether our ancestors truly attempted such stunts (even without cameras back then), she sure does look good in the getup!

What’s notable about this post isn’t just his photo, but the conversation between fellow duke Ian Fang and manager Ada Koh on his handsomeness versus hamsupness (hamsup loosely translates to perverted).

We bid farewell to The Queen this week and the cast have also said their final goodbyes to their characters. While we may not be seeing this band of vigilante heroines on-screen any longer, we’re sure our female crusaders have their memories from filming to hold for a lifetime.

Last seen on The Dream Makers 2, Edwin enlisted for his mandatory military service but has been consistently updating his Instagram, much to the delight of his fans.
