A short glimpse at “female” Baekhyun
After EXO subunit CBX won their first trophy on a music programme, member Baekhyun kept his promise and uploaded a selfie of himself as his cross-dressing alter ego. Unfortunately for fans who were going crazy over the picture, he also did what he said he would in a hashtag and deleted it shortly after – but not before plenty of folks had screenshotted it as a precious keepsake.

Edwin Goh flaunts the fruits of his gym labour
If we went through “serious training for 1 year” (as Edwin revealed), we would reveal a gratuitous #vanity shot like this too. “Proud of being able to commit to building myself even though the starting phase was super tough”, he wrote. Well, with abs and guns like that now, it looks like all the hard work was worth it!

Elvin Ng sends a message to his haters
We have to applaud Elvin’s way of responding to the online trolls who have been sending him “hateful and abusive comments” lately: with a hilarious face-distorting filter and a good-natured plea, “please don't waste your time on me, im not worth it (sic)”
A few hours later, he shared a collage of selfies with the same filter and tagged his official fan club Elvinology, writing, “So sweet of them, they sent me this to cheer me up. No worries, I'm fine.”

Christine Fan shares lovely family group photos
We’ve come to expect tons of photos of Christine and Blackie Chen’s adorable twins River and Ryan, but it’s not every day that they post a complete family-of-four shot, which is what makes these two sweet portraits, shared earlier this week, all the more aww-worthy.

Fann Wong shows off her adorable family
Our favourite part of Fann’s Instagram Stories update on Monday (Nov 14) was her filming hubby Christopher Lee, telling him that he was “on IG Stories, lao gong” and him immediately fixing his hair to look camera ready. Oh, and of course, a shot of little Zed sound asleep on his mum’s bosom.
The yummy mummy also gave us a sneak peek at a cool Hardy Hardy fashion shoot with Zed, who looked like an absolute natural in front of the camera. Guess he just has showbiz genes in his blood!

Jeffrey Xu and Felicia Chin are super sweet (as usual)
Felicia shared a hilarious video of her beau decked out in an inflatable-looking sumo wrestler outfit jumping around. According to her caption, Jeffrey sent her the video “to make (her) day”, and it worked, judging by her “#youdid” hashtag.
Jeffrey also paid tribute to his princess, saying, “On a rainy day, only you are my sunshine that brings me warmth!” Awww…

Baby Avery makes Hong Hui Fang wish for a grandchild
Uh-oh, it looks like Tay Ying and Calvert had better brace themselves for some “when are you going to give me a grandchild” nagging from their mum, because after meeting and carrying Andie Chen and Kate Pang’s daughter Avery at the Mediacorp canteen, Hui Fang said she suddenly has the urge to hold a grandchild of her own.
That aside, don’t they look absolutely adorable in their matching striped outfits?

The dreamy filter, extreme close-up and intimate proximity – this romantic scene from upcoming Channel 8 series Dream Coder looks like it would fit quite well in a hit Hallyu programme! “Let's not forget that it takes a cameraman who believes in romance and a director who is sensitive to intimacy to create this beautiful heart-thumping-what's-going-to-happen-next shot”, wrote Joanne. We’re sure fans can’t wait to see the action unfold in its entirety on screen.

Congrats on your ATA nomination, Julie Tan!
The starlet, who recently received an Asian Television Awards 2016 nomination for Best Actress in a Supporting Role, expressed her gratitude for the honour by sharing a photo of herself as Dong Zi Huai from The Dream Makers 2 (the character that nabbed her the nod) and writing, “Reflecting back to the days when I am just an ambitious little girl that no one heard of, I am thankful for everything that had happened to bring me to where I am now. This journey is challenging but fruitful one. I am sooooo excited for whatever lies ahead! (sic)”

Stars gather at Michael Kors event
“Who needs a selfie stick when we have @nathanhartono (sic)”, Julie captioned this “behind-the-scenes” look at herself, Nathan Hartono, Jeffrey Xu, Hong Ling and Georgina Chang taking a big wefie at the star-studded Michael Kors event earlier this week, which was attended by the American designer himself and Hollywood actress Kate Hudson.
Nathan also shared a group photo a few hours later, and he looked absolutely thrilled to be there.

Pierre Png catches up with old friends
The actor, who is currently in Taiwan busy preparing for his upcoming Mandarin musical debut Mulan, managed to find time to hang out with Jeff Wang (whom he called “the most real & gracious brother”) and Allen Chen.

Welcome to Instagram, Rainie Yang!
The Taiwanese songstress finally made her Instagram handle known (it’s @rainie77, by the way) earlier this week on her Facebook page, in a caption of a post commemorating her debut anniversary with some pictures of a 16-year-old her in Meteor Garden (is it just us, or does she still look exactly the same?).
“I remember how nervous I was before my very first audition, and thinking that I would not get the role for sure,” she wrote. “I never thought that she (character Xiao You) would signal the start of actor Rainie’s life!”
In her very first Instagram post, she admitted that she’s had an account for a while, but chose to unveil it on November 16 since it was her debut anniversary. We’re looking forward to seeing more updates, Rainie!

We think the S.H.E member wins for “best supermoon photo” and “best supermoon photo caption”. Besides the snaps of her either trying to eat or kiss the bright speck of light, she wrote, “Today my fans reminded me, ‘Selina, there will be a supermoon tonight! Remember to look in the mirror!’ Me: [keyboard smash gibberish]”

Ben Yeo visits ‘The Fortune Handbook’ set with chicken
On Wednesday (Nov 16), Ben surprised the cast of The Fortune Handbook with fried chicken from his own restaurant. His gesture was a way of supporting the upcoming Chinese New Year film, as well as congratulating star Vivian Lai on her first leading lady role.

Wong Lilin and Tan Kheng Hua: blast from the past
Fans of classic Channel 5 TV series Triple Nine were treated to a nice throwback when Lilin and Kheng Hua both shared pictures of themselves on the set of the show (which, believe it or not, first premiered over 20 years ago!).
Lilin’s one showed a visibly chubbier-cheeked version of herself with co-star James Lye, while Kheng Hua reminisced about the “fun we had with sargeant alan leong and his love interest i-forget-her-character-name! (sic)”
