Taiwanese actress Ady An graced a corporate event for online shopping platform Tianmao yesterday, her first public appearance since March.The 37-year-old looked stunning in a backless leopard-print bodycon dress, and appeared to be in the pink of health.Speaking to the media at the event, Ady shared that she’s recovering well after her surgery in March, and had also sent a text message to her good friend, fellow actress Barbie Hsu, after hearing
Two months ago, Ady gave her fans a scare when she revealed that she will be undergoing a “minor surgery” for a life-threatening condition, and shared photos of herself on the hospital bed over Weibo.
At that time, the actress was rumoured to have gone under the knife due to an ectopic pregnancy (a condition where the baby attaches outside the uterus), but she denied all speculations afterwards, explaining that she did not divulge any details about her surgery as she did not want her in-laws, who are already 85, to worry about her condition.
