Alyssa Chia, Xiu Jie Kai to wed in Bali on Nov 25
They started a family of their own in 2015 and are now parents to three beautiful—and adorable—daughters. This Sunday (Nov 25), Taiwanese actors Alyssa Chia and
Xiu Jie Kai will finally make a trip down the aisle and say their ‘I Dos’.

The couple registered their marriage in Aug 2015, before the birth of their firstborn Bubu, but never got down to throwing the wedding ceremony they originally planned to hold after Bubu’s arrival. Before they knew it, a second child—another daughter—was on the way and Alyssa gave birth to Bobo in March last year.

Earlier reports in August alleged that the couple were planning for a Nov 14 wedding at Bvlgari Bali after Alyssa was sighted with her eldest daughter on the island for a supposed “wedding recce” trip. These reports were not disputed and the couple merely shared that wedding preparations were in order.

After postponing their wedding ceremony for three years, the couple announced they are getting married this weekend by posting pictures from their wedding photoshoot in Europe.

“[At] this stop, we have chosen to capture our most beautiful moments in Paris which is filled with sweet memories… [We’ve] once said we are always working hard on creating beautiful memories! We have done that in Paris and the next stop is…”

Coincidentally, the couple and their two daughters, Bubu and Bobo, were on the same flight out as an entertainment reporter with Taiwan Apple Daily, and were captured in matching denim outfits as they got ready to board the flight to Bali.According to Taiwan media, they will be throwing a “small and cosy” wedding ceremony which will be attended by close friends and family in Bali.Rumours of their nuptials was first reported in July when Alyssa and Jie Kai were seen taking wedding pictures in Paris. Back then, their managers clarified that they are there for “work” and not for a wedding photoshoot, adding that it was “not convenient” to reveal further details.Photos: Facebook/Aylssa ChiaRelated:
