Cherrie Ying wants to have a second child with Jordan Chan

Hong Kong actress Cherrie Ying took many by surprise when she revealed that she wanted to have a second child.

In a recent interview with NetEase, Cherrie was asked if there was anything she hoped to achieve in the next month before the year ends, and the 34-year-old answered that she wanted “to get pregnant.” The audience were not the only ones taken aback by this unexpected news, as even her own husband, fellow actor Jordan Chan, seemed shocked by her revelation.

Upon seeing his surprised reaction, Cherrie shyly said “you can do it”, drawing laughter from the audience.

The host then asked Jordan if he had staged his interactions with Cherrie and their 4-year-old son Jasper on the latest season of Chinese reality show, Where Are We Going, Dad?, but he refuted these claims saying his actions were all genuine.

“If I acted this well, I would have gotten the best male actor award by now,” Jordan said.

Jordan and Cherrie tied the knot on Valentine’s Day in 2010 in Las Vegas and the family of three are set to appear in the upcoming reality show Three Houses together.
