Chinese supermodel Ming Xi sparks pregnancy rumours after Cannes appearance

Chinese supermodel Ming Xi got engaged in the most over-the-top way last week: by being proposed to in a venue decorated with 99,999 roses in the presence of over a thousand friends and family members. Her fiancé is none other than Mario Ho, who is the son of casino tycoon Stanley Ho.

Ming Xi and Mario have been dating for about two years, and the recent engagement is said to have happened because the pair is expecting a bun in the oven. This was fuelled by photos of Ming Xi taken at the event, where a small baby bump was spotted in multiple snaps.

The couple has remained silent on the issue, which has done nothing to discourage the speculation.

Ming Xi’s outfit at the recent Cannes Film Festival once again sparked further speculation after photos showing the supermodel with a thicker waist emerged. Her cutout dress was the focus of netizens’ debate, as they commented that her weight gain could possibly be because of her presumed pregnancy.

In addition, they pointed out that the tulle skirt would have covered a baby bump, which further convinced them that the couple will have good news to share in the near future.
